Programs & Certification
Yes. As a registered training institute, our programs lead to professional certifications that are recognised by employers across the design and logistics industries. We are not a degree-granting university, but our credentials represent validated, industry-aligned professional competency — backed by rigorous assessment and capstone projects.
Each prefix represents a distinct career pathway:
- JDD (Josep Design Diploma): Focuses on creative design disciplines — graphic design, UI/UX, branding, and visual communication.
- JDL (Josep Logistics Diploma): Covers operational excellence — supply chain management, data analysis, business process optimisation, and logistics technology.
- JDM (Josep Design & Management): An advanced, integrated program for leadership roles — combining creative strategy with operational management.
We recommend focusing on one certificate at a time for optimal learning outcomes. However, students in good academic standing may enroll in up to two related programs concurrently. Speak with our academic advisors if you're considering dual enrollment.
Our programs are open enrollment — you can start at any time. Core content is available on-demand, and live sessions are scheduled on a recurring basis so all students can participate regardless of their start date.
Most certificate programs are designed to be completed in 8–12 weeks at a pace of 8–10 hours per week. Advanced diploma programs may take 16–20 weeks. However, all programs are self-paced, so you can move faster or slower based on your schedule.
Enrollment & Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe, as well as PayPal. Bank transfers are available for corporate enrollments. All payments are processed securely with full encryption.
Absolutely not. The course fee includes all learning materials, platform access, instructor support, and digital certificate issuance. Any optional costs — such as recommended textbooks, third-party software subscriptions, or physical certificate printing — are clearly indicated before purchase.

Yes. Upon enrollment, you can request a formal invoice through your student dashboard. We provide all documentation needed for employer reimbursement or corporate training budgets.
Learning Platform
You have full access for the duration of the program plus a 30-day review period after completion. Some foundational reference materials may remain accessible longer for alumni. Certificate holders can request extended access.
Our programs are self-paced with recommended timelines — there's no penalty for working at your own speed. If you need a formal extension beyond your access period, contact the academic office for approval (extensions are typically granted for reasonable requests).
We use a blended learning model: core content is pre-recorded for maximum flexibility, supplemented by live Q&A sessions, virtual office hours, interactive workshops, and peer collaboration exercises. You get the best of both worlds — study on your schedule, but with real human interaction when you need it.
Selected materials (PDFs, worksheets, templates) are available for download. Video content is optimised for streaming to protect intellectual property but can be accessed on our mobile-responsive platform from anywhere with an internet connection.
Assessment & Certification
Through a combination of:
- Practical assignments — real-world project briefs with detailed rubrics
- Knowledge quizzes — to reinforce key concepts
- A capstone project — a comprehensive, portfolio-ready project that demonstrates mastery
Each program publishes its assessment criteria in the course syllabus before enrollment.
Every student receives one free retake opportunity for failed assessments. Retake submissions must be completed within 14 days. Additional retakes may be available on a case-by-case basis with instructor approval.
Digital certificates are issued within 10 business days of successful program completion (all assessments passed, capstone submitted and graded). Certificates include a unique verification code that employers can validate. Physical certificates are available upon request (printing and shipping fees apply).
Yes. Each certificate includes a unique verification code and a QR link. Employers can verify authenticity through our online certificate verification portal.
Technical Support
To access our platform, you need:
- A stable internet connection (5 Mbps or higher recommended)
- A modern web browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge (latest two versions)
- A PDF reader for downloadable materials
