Refund & Cancellation Policy
We're committed to student satisfaction. Our transparent policy ensures fairness for all.

1. Enrollment Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to josslogistics778@gmail.com with your student ID and enrolled course name.
- Course access will be terminated upon cancellation approval.
- Refund eligibility is determined by course completion percentage at the time of the request.
2. Refund Eligibility Schedule

3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Administrative and registration processing fees (if applicable)
- Third-party examination or proctoring fees
- Digital materials, templates, or resources that have been downloaded
- Bundle or package purchases where any component course has been partially completed (beyond 10%)
4. Special Circumstances
We recognise that exceptional situations arise. The following may qualify for refund consideration outside the standard schedule:
Medical Emergencies
Requires formal medical documentation from a licensed practitioner. Reviewed case-by-case.
Technical Issues
Must be reported within 48 hours and remain unresolved by our team after reasonable effort.
Course Cancellation by Institute
Full refund issued within 30 business days if we discontinue a program before completion.
Bereavement
May be considered with appropriate documentation on a compassionate basis.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days of approval.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at enrollment.
- International transaction fees, currency conversion differences, and bank charges are not refundable.
- Payment processor fees (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) may be deducted from the refund amount as per provider terms.
6. Course Transfer Policy
- Transfers between courses may be permitted if less than 25% of the original course has been completed.
- A maximum of one transfer per enrollment is allowed.
- A transfer fee of 25% of the original course value may apply.
- Transfers must be to a course of equal or greater value (the difference must be paid).
- Transfer requests must be submitted in writing before the enrollment's 30-day mark.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Refund disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the refund decision.
- Our Academic Review Committee will investigate and provide a final determination within 15 business days.
- The committee's decision will be communicated in writing with a clear explanation.
8. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this policy. The policy in effect at the time of your enrollment applies to that specific enrollment.
